Yeah the surf seems to make all the difference but I was talking to Mb3 who went there today and it wasn't as productive, maybe the full on Easterly today had an effect, it was s/e yesterday but I dont know if that made much difference, could have been just lucky :)
double flounder first chuck and nothing for 2 hours. poo.

Howya Mark,

If ya wanna head out soon, gimme a bell and I'll see if i'm free :)

I met up with Mark for a few casts last night, there were 5 fishing. I think there was one flounder caught before I got there :( I only stayed for 1 1/2 hours
It must be very hit and miss or else the easterly kills it completely.

that's a great return on 4 hours fishing al 8) 8) just a pity about the lost fish :( i hate that old sinking feeling when the line goes slack and you just know in your heart that the fish just got off :cry: . but sure it's stuff like that, that keeps us going back session after session :wink: :D :D

Yeah it was a bummer alright, the fact that it was right under my feet when I was standing in the water made it worse, but we had plenty of fish anyway so i'm not complaining :mrgreen:
