7htmag is the way to go trust me ive birdied them all and the mag is the one least likely to give you touble put mags up to 10 and try it at that at first then drop the mag down when you get used to the reel. saying that ive even birdied one of thses but thats just me

advantages of a multi = a few extra yards and you think you are a better fisherman
disadvantages of a multi= birdsnests you cant use braid unless you are really brave,your stuck with one spool slower retreave =less fishing time
if you think your gonna cast miles cos you have a multi think again ,its down to how you cast not what reel you have .
i use multi and fspool but if i was told i could only have one or tuther i think fixed spool would stay on my rod
one thing i like about multi,s is taking them apart and putting them back together something i wouldnt do with a fixed spool

a lot of truth in this. penn 525's have a ratchet... very handy.

onlycast 1 7ht mag , liked it so much i now have 3..... fixed spool smashingfor match fishingand distance.... its down to preference, dont let others tell u otherwise, i work equally as well with botjh
