Im suggesting another blast at Cushendall.

i could be up for this one, could get a couple of mates along as well im sure if you wouldnt mind. were complete novices and a bit crap tbh but willing to learn lol.

OK lads,lets post a few possible dates and venues for the next meet.
Not next weekend though.I won't be available.
Going to Elland Road to watch super Leeds.
Premiership here we come.

Narrow it down to the 18th, 19th, 25th or 26th. All weekend dates.

Venues for consideration:

Cushendun.

Plenty of Room - Nice Beach - A Few Fish

Take half a beach home with ya.

Waterfoot

Accessable Venue, Roomy, Congers for Ronald, Fish out of the Cars.

Very Popular venue, possibly get up and find it filled.

Donaghadee

Can be good,

Not enough room though.

Portaferry

More Congers for Ronald with Coalies, Codling, Doggies etc for the rest of us.

Can be patchy, not exceeding roomy for more than 4 Anglers.

Ballycastle Beach (Not the Pan Rocks)

Roomy, and a good variety of Fish.

Freak waves apparantly.

Limerick Point

Sounds good

Not sure of Venue Size.

Ballintoy

Big Coalies, and Codling.

Big Scary Waves and the Neccessity of tying things down.

Any other Suggestions to take into account?

Oh and lads, just an idea, But what if we Pool the bait? If we all get a couple of Packs of a certain bait, then leave a few chopping boards in the middle for use?

Hey,you've certainly covered all the options with those venues K2.
Monseur wiz all zeez venues you are spoiling uz.

Why don't we send one person to each place with a mobile phone and we could then have a virtual meet?

Good idea on the bait idea mate.As long as we can decide on who's bringing what.No good everyone turning up with the same stuff.There's only so much you can do with 20 boxes of squid.

25th and 26th bang on for me and mate. how does that date suit anyone else. iam off work so no early start like before. so can stay on just got a led head lamp of ebay for 3 pound inc postage. seems a good one so learnt a new trick dont fish with b&q lighting. will also have northstar running if you think worth bringing. let me know on dates that suit others

Its a Dangerous oul Rocky outcrop, I'd leave it til ya've been fishing for a while. But If you wanna know about it, ask Ronald.

Well, in my first post I suggested Cushendun again, Due to space, lack of Snags, availability of Fish etc etc...

But its up to those who are running the transport.
