theres a big rocky spit that you can see at low tide when heading towards shankill, its just before the shaganagh river, bring plenty of leads!

ennerielly / courtown, sounds promising will defo give one a bash maybe friday evening/night. chasing my species before the weather turns. species junkie now dont know why that came over me in the last few weeks but good fun to target specific fish rather than just wetting a line. should never have joined this site too many marks to fish now lol, all good though. the missus isnt gonna be happy.

rag @ ennerreilly should get you a few flats and whiting at least, throw a crab bait out aswell if you can get it... i found sandeels work well down there too... my best catches have all been at dusk on this mark, tide never seemed to affect the fishing there much, let me no how you get on, tight lines

I have seen people trying the fly up around the rocks up at the Brittas Bay end, near the river, but don't recall anyone catching anything. it used to be a good spot for sea-trout, but illegal netting there has ruined that - it got so bad a few years ago that there was a garda car parked permanently on the bridge over the river.
