Teelin/Kilcar

Fished the rocks opposite Teelin pier on the other side of the bay. Fished Thursday ( falling tide ) and Friday (rising) using ragwom, mackeral and sandeel. On both days had umpteen dogfish mostly on the mackeral. A few Wrasse around 2 lb mark, several poolack and coalfis to 1.5lb and unusually 4 small ling! This seems to be a very deep water mark. Most of the wrasse had their bladder extended when I reeled them in. Is this due to the deep water. All fish returned. Oddly though no mackeral.
