Myself and Bro:

All day:

Cycle:

Stormy:

Lug, Rag, Mackerel:

one up one down and spinning:

Mackeral, Turbot, Plaice, Flounder, Thornback, Pollack, Coalie:

Catch and Release:: Yes

Cycled up to the Pier earlyish and fished all day. Plenty of people coming and going but no one else stuck it out or they were just there with the kids for an hour mackeral bashing. One fella came down in the evening who knew what he was doing. Thought he might have picked up doggies that night. Fishing was great all day but the best was two hours before HW. Brothers first Thorny and first I'd seen in the flesh. No real size in any of the fish but good signs all round of that Pier picking up. :

I think that is a spotted ray - not a thornie - will wait for a second opinion on that though. Good session though - well done.
