Kilcoole Tue 1st
Fished Kilcoole this evening from 15.45 to 19.45. Bait was fresh peeler, Rag, frozen black lug, mussell and mackerel. Realised when I was just pulling in to park that Id forgotten the floatation suit so it was a cold evening in jeans and a jumper but at least it didnt rain. Got 3 codling, biggest ca 3/4lb and a small whiting all after it got dark. Crab took two of the codling and rag on its own accounted for the whiting and other codling. Dont know if it was worth misssing the first half of the match though!
