Hi nufc... I noticed noboby else replied so I thought I would. I've just started back fishing..haven't fished since my teens. I'm living in the city and I've yet to fish Cobh...just Ballycotten and Whitegate so far. So let me know how you get on!

Best of luck,

Bruno

Cobh

Hi nufc,
Just spotted your post. Most people are fishing for mackeral right now and they are plentiful - all stages of the tide. Chance of some good conger in some spots.

hi nufc,
might be better to avoid Cobh with all the mackeral bashers at the moment("wouldn't ya be better spinning for mackeral then using that big rod"  ).
There are plenty of spots all along the quays that throw up different fish, try using the search facility at the top of the page for info.
