Kinvara

#1 Post by hush1 »

Hey lads,

Was thinking of heading to Kinvara this weekend. Problem is is that there is a Galway Hooker race festival on there and the slip and town could be jammers!

Anyone know of any good slips nearby I could use?

Trying to get some fishing and drinking in during the same weekend!

Cheers!

you could try parkmore pier which is at the mouth of kinvara bay, or there is the new pier at ballyvaughan..

Ballyvaughan = good access, small boat friendly and useable at all states of the tide. Beware of moorings at low springs.
