A Wexford Beach?

#1 Post by thirty »

Lads, I'm looking for a beach in Southern Wexford, (anywhere from Rosslare Harbour to Hook Head) that fishes well during daylight?

I do 99% of my fishing at night around Wexford but I'm hoping to groundfish this Sunday afternoon when there is a rising tide. I would be hoping to have a chance of catching a Bass during the day.

PM me in confidence or just name a few beaches here.

Thanks.

You could try St Helens Bay.. great fishing down there. Behind the golf course, at the rocks on the north part of the bay. Also agree with Padge 73, I hear fishing on fetherd side is good, but I fish the mouth of the river on the bannow side.. very good also.
