After being slagged about my boat rod at the weekend I think i need to upgrade. I'm looking for something a little longer and to be quite tippy. Would be using it for gilling and general boat fishing. Anybody got any favourites out there?

4 letters, TDXU. I am however going to have the butt modified by moving the reel seat down as, with the reel seat in a high position for uptiding, for general fishing on a crowded charter/small boat firstly you lose a good foot off the length and second you have this unwieldy thing poking out behind you (no funny jokes please) Moving the reel seat down would finish off what is a fine rod.
Fluff chucking is the new black..... Rampant Wreckfish is a fly angler in denial
