Rod eyes/guides

At the suggestion of various members and given the magazines will run a mile from criticising a piece of kit, here is your chance to tell us what you really think about a rod, reel, line, lure... keep it legal please!

Rod eyes/guides

#1 Post by Norfolk and Goode »

Guys, I was wondering what the difference is in the eyes on a beach rod.

Fuji do the following guides for beach rods, what I was wondering, why so many different ones to do the same thing:

Fuji BHHG

Fuji BMNAG

Fuji SIC

Fuji BNOG

Fuji ZDHG

What would you think would be the best type of guide, and why, to put onto a beach rod and why?

Thanks

Steve

Most rodbuilder, casters and anglers who pay attention to detail recon that the Fuji BMNAG are the best guides for the money Fuji have ever made. Every beachcaster I own has them on, I cant fault them, neither have I heard a bad word about them.

Edit....John, your right....the BMNAT is the tip that matches the BMNAG

Tom.
