Somebody is taking this casting VERY seriously
Sean and Marty rave about the Primo Synchro as both a casting tool and a fishing rod - can't say much better than that. 8)
Still considering one of these myself :D

Even a bad days fishing is better than working.

and you've seen how empty i have made the 7ht look when i have cast with it..
i'll give you a few months practice with it and you should be able to reach the same distance as me... maybe more if you can get used to some of the casting styles i do.. :D

i couldnt guess how far the lead traveled because it was early morning and keeping sight of the lead wasnt easy so i never saw where it dropped into the water..
it was MC's reel so i didnt fill it :D but if anyone wants to find out just 'borrow' MC's 7ht and find a black mark on the line(oil or something i guess) and i cast approx 30yrds past that mark :)
i really like the finish on the rod.. especially the grip on the bottom section (what is used, i wouldnt mind it on my zzippy)

Thanks for the kind words Steve, its appreaciated.
I can supply the grip, the only warning I would give is this though...I use a heat gun (paint stripper gun) to shrink on the grip, you need to be very careful and not linger to long in one place or you could damage the resin in the blank.
Why I use this method....I and many others found that boiling water from a kettle didnt shrink the tube down enough and it could still twist, a heat gun will shrink the tube down by 50% if needed.
For anyone wanting to vary from low reel to high reel with the use of coaster IMHO that style of long grip is the best.
Tom.

Well, that wont be a problem if Martin does not respool it. Next time at the field we will run it out on the court and see where it stops. Then either myself or Martin can give you the good news. :D
