People:Myself, jd, Al, m.b3

Duration: 20.00 - 23.00

Tide: Rising

Weather:Showers

Bait: Rag and Crab

Rigs: 3 hook flappers

Results: 12 flounder 3 bass

Catch and Release:: Yes

Report:

Headed out to a fairly local spot to clear the collective hangovers. Mark got a nice bass of probably just under 5lb on his first chuck, then it was quiet for a while til the flounders came on the feed. Then Al broke his bass duck! Fair play to ya Al.

Everyone got a few fish and it was a pleasent evening for those of us wearing waders! Mark finished up as he started with a bass on his last cast.

Biggest flounder was probably about a pound and a half.

Nice fishing there lads - good to see you still hard at it. Also good to see Dublin waters producing some nice fish at last. Wish I could join you.....tho it does look a wee bit chilly there still!

:lol:

All the best,

Ian

Myself, Seanibo & M.b3 headed to same spot tonight for about 1 1/2 hours!
Only 2 flounder caught...weather was s*** and surf was non existent at times!

Love the summer :roll:
