Report:i was meant to fish the early morning high tide but the mother of all hangovers kept me in bed for a few hours!! when i did manage to get to orlock the tide was fully out and it was like a winters day. where's our summer?! the fishing was a bit slow but i still managed to catch a few wrasse and a pollock. took a pic of the biggest wrasse.

hi contender, at the minute at orlock it really does depend on what stretch you fish to get a good result. i started off fishing the rocks to the right as you walk through the fence and it was completely dead, someone else was fishing just round from me and he didn't get a touch either. but once i bothered to take the walk around to my usual spot the fishing was so much better. i also haven't much luck on floatfished sandeel at orlock but once you stick on a king rag the fish go mad for it! orlock still isn't fishing as well as it usually would this time of year.
