Hi Folks,

An Update on the pollack. Got a good few nice ones today out at the maidens. I Bleed and gutted them right away. Just stored in the shade until I got home (still have to get a cooler specifically for the fish). I was careful not to puncture the gut. Just fried a piece up tonight and it was fab, tasted nice and mild.

Cheers lads for all the advice.

Cheers,
Trev
