3 different marks, Northern Wexford, Sunday 17th June 2007

#1 Post by John D »

People: Me and Graham M.

Duration: 12:00 pm until 9:00 pm

Tide: High approx. 8:00 pm

Weather: Very slight breeze, sunny and warm. Fairly calm sea.

Bait: eddystone eel, mackerel surface popper, peeler crab, ragworm

Rigs: One hook sliding ledger

Results: Me -> blank. Graham M. -> 2 dogfish, 2 Bass

Catch and Release:: Yes/No

Graham's dad is always at him to bring home a fish. Graham tries in vain to explain the importance of conservation in today's fish stocks environment. Graham gave in today because it was Father's day.

Report: Although I blanked, I had a nice run on what was surely a big enough bass or a fairly decent smooth hound.
