Bait:Mackerel

Rigs:Feathers, jigs, leadheads

Results:Loads of Mackerel, Pollock and 2 Ling (small)

Report: We set out from Killybegs, stopped in the Harbor and feathered for bait, loads of small mackerel. We then set of towards Muckroshead fished in about 15-20 meters of water. A couple of nice Pollock where taken on leadheads fished on light spinning gear.
Loads more through out the day. A few where also taken on bait fished tight or just above bottom. We then anchored up and fished in about 53meters of water results 2 small ling.

What boat were you out on?
Sea Species(25) bass, codling, whiting, turbot, seatrout, stingray, pollock, coalfish, longspine scorpion, ballan wrasse, dogfish, ling, pouting, poor cod, dab, mackerel, smelt, sandeel, launce, bull huss, painted ray, thick lip mullet, golden grey mullet, rock goby.
Fresh Water (2) brown trout, sea trout

Good question, I think the skippers name is Michael McGettigan .
