#1 Post by corbyeire »

People: me & one other

Duration: 3 hours 9th, 4 hours 10th

Tide: going out both times

Weather: gloroious - v little wind

Bait: baited feathers,, 3 hook flapper

Rigs: feathers, tas deveil, toby

Results: blank on the 9th - 20+ mack on 10th

Catch and Release:: No

Report: glorious day saturday - headed on a bit of a reccy to the other side of ballyloughan - had 3 hook flapper out - and was spinning feathers

every so often the sea would come alive as the mack chased the 100000s of sprat all over the place - no hook up

then down again today - fished a different pool at start - again mack not interested in feathers - but went for tas devil and toby

all small - then moved to rocky outcrop - far more action - and bigger shoals

good craic on light line

tea and bait sorted for a while

:D
