I hear some of ye on bout a trade show in belfast.Is there any fishing or boating show in dublin r elsewhere

there's a big show on Feb 19 and 20 in some conference centre in swords. Can't tell you the exact address but it's 10 euro in and there's a full page ad in the latest issue of Irish Angler with all the details - or I'm sure somebody else out there knows more.

yea you have that correct its in the cloghran show centre where they hold the dog show.its 15euro in for an adult and children under 12 are free.

Although there are stalls there, the boating side of it wasnt hugely represented last time. Its a good exhibition, though.

never been to one of these things and I'm holding off on buying some gear in the hope of big discounts. Has anyone been before? Is there a good selection of stuff? Is it worth the trip to save a few bob?

yes you get good value for your money say a penn 525mag 189 in abc 150 ath the show.same with rods very goood value
