trabolgan
Haven't heard many reports from the pier in Trabolgan. There's flounders in the bay so maybe some lug or crab would produce. You could try around the rocks left of the pier with a spinner or plug and theres a good chance of a bass and surely some pollack, especially around high water. Make sure you take a trip out to Guileen (right turn from Trabolgan gates and about 2mls). Plenty spots for a bit of plugging and the pub is a grand spot as Derek also has a tackle shop!!(would open after 1700).
Enjoy

White Bay
If you fish White Bay you could technically be seen as fishing for bass. As the bass ban is on why not head just down the road from White Bay to Roches Point. There's great fishing here for wrasse and pollack. Use King Rag float fished or on the bottom or spin sandeel for the pollack. Can also use spinners, shads, jellyworms, redgills, eddystones, delta's, etc.,... Best time to fish is high water into dusk. Have had wrasse to 4lbs & pollack to 6lbs here in the past.
