People:3 mike fitz, seirt, myself

Duration:9 hours


Tide4 to high 6 to low

Weather:ssw 4-5 occ heavy showers

Bait:crab, lug, rag, mack,

Rigs:t bar, flowing trace, 1up two down

Results:20 plus bullhuss to 12.5lbs, 3 thornbacks to 7lbs, 12 starry smoothounds to 4lbs, s..t loads of LSD's ,lots small codling, whiting , dabs, grey gurnard, long spined bullhead, and some mack

Report started the day hunting mackerel, but only a couple caught, so went drifitng near the banks sse of cahore, only picked up a few grey gurnard.As it was very snotty on the banks , went to rooney point to try various marks, had good fishing all round, with bites coming all day, and some fine bullhuss and thornbacks to add to the fun.
thunder stopped play for an hour !
goodm day in all, did'nt have a go at the tope, but tigger2 hit a couple of ggod ones on the bank on the ebb

well done lads ye did a lot better then we did sat in ardmore.nice huss.must get down that way myself soon as weather picks up.
