Wind!!!

#1 Post by Frans »

Hi lads,

Fishing on a beach with a stiff breeze is affecting my bite detection. I've the rod setup in a tripod. Has anybody some tips (apart from going home  ) on how to minimize the impact of the wind on the rod?

Thanks,

-F

Keep rod low on the tripod and try and keep rod downwind if possible.
