wanted to stay home and watch man u. in the champions league also wanted to go fishin :o plus it was lashin rain outside.
went fishin :D :D :D mate was already there and had not cought anything, although he had 1 run that had pulled the tripod over :?:
had a 2lber on the 2st. cast, was then approched by a guy who said he was the best salmon fisher on the blackwater :shock: and that he was gettin into bass fishin and heard I was the man to see :roll: had 3 bass 8) while i was being questioned :roll: and distracted long enough to miss 3 more :x the weather got brutal after he left and i did the same half hr. later, not before landin the best fish of the session a tad under 4lb. an enjoyable few hrs. all the same..
out again tomorrow :P takein the mate who blanked, bet he wont blank tomorrow :) might take the "gifted" salmon fisher also :wink:
