I use 57lb topic which is thin diameter... i use 44lb fluro for clear days thats seaguar on mixed ground...scratching rigs i use 20lb fluro teklon very thin and only over clean ground..it generlly suits condition and venues...but my normal rigs would be mage with the topic line made by zebco...

I use Sakuma myself for most of my rigs. I'm guessing you'll be after the Ray. It is available in 80lb over here. They have 50 and 60lb as well. Not sure how widely available it is in the west. Seems to me to be nice and supple, but I have not used the Maxima as leader before. (Note to self  ) The lighter stuff is widely available over here.

The Sakuma is well worth a look.

If you are looking to buy over here, you should give Henry (Henry's Tackle, Dublin) a call. He can post to your digs here or back to the uk. 00353 1 8555216. Tell him Kevin McClean told you to call.

Tight Lines,

Kev
