Carrick harbour 21/4/07

Duration:7pm to 10.30pm

Tide:low water

Weather:over cast

Bait:rag

Rigs:1 hook pats with rotten bottom

Results:rock goby, tompot blenny, ballan wrasse, poor cod and pouting

Catch and Release:: Yes



Report:decide to hit the harbour for a couple of hours to see what was about within the frist 20 mins i had a ballan wrasse and a rock goby the wrasse was 23cm...the light started to fade and it hit low water which i then managed a tompot blenny, it then went quite for half and hour then the pouting and poor cod came on the feed and nothin else could get a chance to get anywhere near the baits i ended up with a least 10 pout and 4 poor cod....wasn't to bad for a last minute idea
