Charter

What applies here may not apply there. For example in Spain the skipper must be spanish so I'd do some research online or contact their embassy to see what regs apply.

You would need to do your homework very thoroughly first!!
The operating cost may not be what you believe them to be even here.

You will need to be able to keep a boat maintained so need a reliable backup team and place to lift and repair when necessary.

Then you would need customers, equipment , insurance, harbour fees the list may be endless!

Here most charter boat skippers have to have a second income usually commercial fishing or accommodation or tackle shops etc to keep the boat. It is a short season and very few boats are out every day. So I wouldn't like to take the risks abroad without lots n lots of pre planning.
