If an idividual was out getting bait and turned over a traffic cone whilst looking for crab and stumbled across A tadpole fish and rocklin can he add it to the number of species he has

id call that a lucky find. but i wouldn't count anything that wasn't caught on hook and line...

is you see any angler adding a tadpole fish to his list i would tell him off.

long pier in howth down between the rocks....u'll get the odd double figure conger fishin for them too :lol:
