Removing a fixed reel seat?

Hi All,

have a rod that I had to stick a fixed Fuji reel seat on ages ago, I would now Like to move it down the Butt, anyone done this before or would a dealer ( Henry) be able to do it?

Southside Angling on Cork Street should be able to do this sort of work for you, ask for Des but im aware that hes going to be out fishing a few days this week so best to ring ahead. hope this helps

Hi....
U wont be able to move a fixed reel seat because its fitted using an epoxies.The only thing that u can do is to cut(the reel seat) it down to remove it and fit and epoxies a new reel seat.
