Caught this on Sunday at Waterfoot pier. Told it may be a lumpsucker. Any Ideas?

Caught it on really smelly mackerel that had been lying in the fridge from last year! :P

It def looks like a lumpsucker.They move inshore at this time of year to spawn.Think that ones a male,the females are a blue/green colour
