Tide:16.00

Weather:light westerlies

Bait:rag squid mackerel razor

Rigs:various

Results:codling whiting dabs lsd's herring.

Report:took the boat out for a spin on Sunday to use up some bait left over from saturday's trip to cahore you have to make the most of the weather. plenty of fish to be had mostly small stuff but we were kept busy 5 species for me including a couple of herring which were very welcome as this is another species on my list :shock: :D . in all my years angling had never seen one caught but lightning does strike twice i caught 2 of these silver bars :D . didn't post on cahore trip but we had plenty of fish there also in excess of 100+ including dabs lsd's coalies codling and whiting. roll on next week kilmore is calling happy days.

Hi,
Is the slipway at cahore open for use, heard that the council had stopped people using it.?

i also heard wex co.co were trying to discourage parking there at least half a dozen trailers with cars attached at weekend. you could always give council a ring to see what the situation is if i get to ring them first i will post what they say hope you do the same.
