Shimano replacement parts

Anyone know where the best place is to get replacement parts for a Shimano reel?

The spool oscillation mechanism on my baitrunner gave up on me yesterday :(

Don't know if anyone does parts in Ireland.

This crowd do service and warranty work:

Got a reel handle off them at one stage and the service was good.
