People: LazyCod, Round_Ourway, Merv147, Stevie B (Formally HC), and Me!

Duration: 8pm - 11.30pm

Tide: Pushing

Weather: Nice

Bait: Rag, Mack, Squid

Rigs: Millenium, Scratcher, Penell Pulley.

Results: 2 Rockling, 2 Coalies, 1 Codling, 1 Whiting, 5 Flounder to 29cm.

Catch and Release:: Ooooohhh Yes.

Report: Arrived at the mark to find Round Ourway and Lazy already fishing. Didn't expect any bites til night fell, and when it did, sure enough the Fish came on the feed.

I started off proceedings with a small Flounder, maybe about 12cm, Quickly followed by a Rockling for Stevie B.
Stevie then went 3 - 1 up with a nice double shot of Flounder, I was in trouble, so I stepped down to a Millenium Rig with size 3's, and was pretty much immediately rewarded with a small Codling, Next Cast for me produced the biggest flat of the Night, a 29cm Flounder. Only to be taken aback again by yet another Rockling by Stevie.

Things were looking Rough, the concentration levels were up as the competitive streak shon through, A whiting for me Tied things up once again, and it was a Nail biter down to the End, We decided to call Final whistle at 11.20pm and on the last retrieve I saved the game with another small Flounder. 8) Great fun, and a fun wee comp between myself and Stevie B.

I'll let the others report how they got on :)

nb/ the other 2 coalies mentioned on the catch results were not involved in our wee competition and instead fell to another of my Rods.
