hello

Im heading down to Gorey somewhere near Arklow im told lol for a motorbike race on the 15th.

Were plannnig on going down early on the 14th, fishing for a while then camping out somewhere not too far from Gorey.

Would anyone be able to recommend any marks that could be worth a shot for bass (on plugs/lures preferably) or any decent sized fish (Spurs,Huss,Rays,Conger)? last 10 trips out biggest fish caught has been a half a pound at best! PM's welcome ;)

Also dont suppose anyone would know anywhere you can camp safely and securely either in Gorey, Courtown, Arklow or anywhere else near by?

Conger, Codling, Coalfish, Shore Rockling, Dab, Flounder, Dogfish, 3 beard rocking, Pollack, Whiting, Pouting, Red cod, Poor Cod, Tadpole fish, Short and Long splined sea sculpin, TopKnot, Cukcoo Ray,

Targets: fish over 10lb, eel over 20lb (came VERY close almost :( )

Theres capm sites in courtown and loads of spots around the area for fishing. Rooney point, courtown beach, Cahore pier, Morriscastle

good job man ill have a snoop about online see what i can dig up :D

also what baits and where can they be picked up locally?

main targets judging by reports and the shore marks section will be smoothies and wouldnt mind a shot at bass or ray also
