zziplez and 7ht....(not even the turbo model either)


field test..
zziplez matched with abu =155 meters (tuned to a point where birdies are imminent)
zziplex matched with 7ht =165 meters (slight lateral movement and light brakes added)

so i wont underestimate the power of the 7ht anymore

short to mid range / light match angling - grauvell hm surf 15' (match tip) and zeus z5000

longer range / heavier angling - century kompressor sport and abu 6500 silver rocket

its got to be zziplex 4500s with a penn mag 525 xcellent combo plenty of grunt in both rod and reel just bought a century cccld only cast on field at the moment this is an awesome bit of kit its put 10-15 yds on my cast with no extra effort :o but this rod more suited for mixed ground hope to get out fishing this wkend with it

a zippy and 525 multiplier set up and a long rod for 'continental' tactics with a good coned fixed spool. cover 90% of comps well. personally do not like century. i know of a few that have cracked at the spigot too- forget it!

I have the Anyfish Anywhere Match teamed up with a mag elite, well most of the time 525 mag xtra.
Great rod and well pleased with it

have the aa match too, use a 525 on and i am well pleased as it is a great all round combo
