Team Box
Hey guys, I was thinking of buying a team box for my gear as the rucksack I'm currently using is getting a bit ripe even after its been washed. What do you think of it and are the associated top box, accessory and sherpa/breakaway kits worth the money. Does anyone have any tips on where the best prices can be found? Thanks in advance for the help.

i was just lookin at the top box, which is the same price as the box!!1 but ill reckon id get it to have the extra space...the team box conversion is deadly, with its back rest and straps to carry it with ease...id reccomend it 100% but dont be duped with the accesories unless its essential u need them

I havent got the top box. I'm not really intending on buying it because it just adds more weight when carrying it. Its alot of money for a box that you can throw inside the beta/team box.
The only thing good out the accessory box is the wee lock thing. lol

i have the beta box with breakaway harness and accessary tray. and it works well i used to not like the tray and took it out for a while but have sorted the box out now and i mean removed the year old sandeel packets  as for the top box its designed for coarse fishing in mind and so is not all that great a job for the sea angler.

I have the beta box and breakaway harness and it holds a serious amount of kit if you organise it well. Inside it i have two plano boxes which have dividers for hooks, beads, swivels, clips, etc. All in all when you keep the unnecessary tackle to a minimum, the box is fairly light to carry over distances. The breakaway harness gives great support to your back as well. i wouldn't swap this box for any other tackle organiser.

if its a seat box you require - for the shore id go for the beta, with a backharness from either breakaway , anyfishanywhere or shakespeare sherpa.
for the boat, i use the team box, but personally if i was to have the choice again, id go forthe team daiwa box, it has a deep tray on the inside which is handy for keeping bits and pieces close if you need to change tactics in a hurry in the boat.
