Comp begins at 4. You can arrive at the beach at any stage, but no fishing till 4. If you are running late as I said, give us a bell and we will draw a peg for you. Venue is 15-20mins away followed by a 5 minute walk or so. You usually want at least 30 minutes at your peg to get prepared for battle. Hence check in closing at 2.30 to give committee etc the same time as everyone else to get set up.

Hey lads was looking at a Hostel called the Tullyarvan Mill Hostel..heres a link

http://www.hostelbookers.com/hostels/ir ... rana/13091

I was just wondering if anyone know how close it is to where we are fishing or how close it is to the Lake of shadows hotel.. because i haven't got a car which means i'll need to be close enough to the venue!
Cheers lads any help is not only appreciated but much needed :D

Its nowhere near the venue Al, but I'm sure someone will give you a lift if needs be (me if ya like). Its about 10 to 15 minutes walk from the town and the Lake of Shadows.

Al, you wont be putting anyone out as its pretty much easy walking distance back from the boozer later on and theres absolutley no bother with a lift to the mark. I actually think JD is staying not too far away from there as well.

I'm still going.

Driving up early-ish Saturday morning from Wexford. Staying in the shadows on Saturday night.
