Report:Nothing until the last hour or so, the water was beggining to turn murky in close at this stage so I just flicked out the rig a few yards and this produced some whiting, one of which wasn't even hooked but its teeth were caught in the bait elastic! :shock: None were of any decent size. Bought the lug the previous day, wasn't impressed with the quality, nearly all tiny and practically dead (and definitely dead by the time I went fishing) but all fish did come on it.
Gave the new Triplex a go, seems nice but after one session can't really judge, I do need a propper reel to match it though so I can get the best from the rod.....
