About 3 weeks after first catching one, heres another. A 27cm Turbot taken from Lettergesh beach during the recent leg of the Connacht Gold Medal. Fish was one of two I caught and both fell to a bunch of maddies and whites fished just in front of the first break.

boat and shore listings?

#193 Post by kieran »

Hi

Just throwing this out as an option, what about seperate shore and boat lists because not to have two would stop the landlubbers (myself included) from even getting a sniff at the list by year's end?

Would our sponsor jump to two prizes?
Kieran Hanrahan

Time spent fishing is never time wasted...

2015 targets - a triggerfish, a specimen bass, a three bearded rockling to complete the set and something big and toothy from certain north Mayo deep water marks

A tadpole fish is totally different from a shore rockling ,the head and mouth of the tadpole fish is massive compared to the rest of the body ,when viewed from above it looks like a tadpole . pure white mouth as well .
Thanks for the vote of confidence mr green ,if i win the money is for the ISFC as it runs on donations .
