Scoring System for Conger and eels

Could anyone suggest a scoring system for congers and eels for measure and return match angling.

Allocate 30cm for eels 60 for congers?
I require a tremendous amount of calcium

Not sure about eels but our club has a stepped point system for Congers.

Less than 1metre in length 60pts
More than 1metre in length 90pts

To do this I'd need to know the points you give to other species. It's a hard one to work out. This is the scoring system used in the Munster Closed Shore League for 2007
Flats----------25cm----------------5 points + 1 point per full cm
Round fish---30cm----------------5 points + i point per full cm
Bass----------43cm----------------5 points + i point per full cm
Eels-----------40-100cm-----------30 points
Eels----------100cm + ------------80points
Rays---------30cm(wingspan)-----5 points + 1 point per full cm
Dogfish------40 points measure first 2 only in the event of a tie.
