Duration:8-11.30

Tide:dropping

Weather:absolutly bucketing down

Bait:5 day old liquidy lug,mack and squid

Rigs:2 hook flappers size 4/0 hooks

Results:5 codling biggest 2.5lb ,12 whiting 3crackers (1, 35cm)

Catch and Release:: Yes



Report:went out to use up a bit of leftover bait got to the beach set up cast out it started to rain and never stopped only for that it would have been an ok session,the lug was stinking didnt know weather to thread it up the hook or wrap it around it dont think it would have come off either way :!: and just my luck on the way back to the van found about 30 lug someone had left in a container on the beach :!: was tempted to take em but fed the fish with them instead :lol:

na saving my blood sweat and tears for work at the moment didnt even stick a hook in me finger :D

some of the whiting of this beach at the mo are the biggest i've seen on east coast in years! i think i am more excited by them than the cod!! :?

Yeah i noticed that the whiting were bigger than they have been in a good few years...it is great to see :)
