Duration:330pm-6pm

Tide:1st of incoming

Weather:cold

Bait:lug

Rigs:2 and 3 hook flapper

Results:2flounder(2.5lb+)

Catch and Release:: Yes



Report:hard to keep bait on hooks taken in 2 and 3 crabs every cast.had 1 fish about an hour in a lovely flounder easy 2.5lbs.and on last cast had a 2nd could of been same fish very similar size.

thats a cracking flounder barry,well done.it looks close to the 2.643lb specimen weight,maybe even over it :)

Very nice fish, were you fishing at the car park or up in the current! p.s i know what you mean with those crabs i usually catch more crabs then fish when im out there

thought it was 3lb for a specimen?they were between 2.5-3lb id say only ever had 1 fish around that size before,they were so thick. :lol: .yeah at car park we had 100 times the crab to fish.

Well done lads, they are whopping great flounder
Sea Species(25) bass, codling, whiting, turbot, seatrout, stingray, pollock, coalfish, longspine scorpion, ballan wrasse, dogfish, ling, pouting, poor cod, dab, mackerel, smelt, sandeel, launce, bull huss, painted ray, thick lip mullet, golden grey mullet, rock goby.
Fresh Water (2) brown trout, sea trout
