NUI/GMIT Galway?

Not sure where to put this,

mods can remove it to wherevers most appropriate if you wish.

Just wondering if anyone does/did Marine Science at Nui Galway or Applied Freshwater & Marine Biology (honours) in GMIT? If so would really appreciate it if I could ask you a few questions about it.
Or the colleges themselves, what are they like, atmosphere wise and such

any info by pm would be great, cheers
