Report:
Funny trip got the 3 coalie first 2 cast with the biggest 2 coalie coming in a double shot and taking the rod off the rest. Taught it was a big cod but a PB coalie is a great start to the year. Got nothing till the end and then got the small rockling. All fell to lug.

Thats a smashing coalie for greystones these days Colin, well done. As dbrock said that place is always capable of throwing something up out of the ordinary. Fair play to both of you.
I require a tremendous amount of calcium

Fair play Colin, good stuff. I fished the harbour last night (Wednesday) to blow off some steam after work. Brought the spining rod and flicked 3 hook flappers with any bait I had in the freezer (wraps, peeler & squid) finishing with a whiting ot rockling a hook most casts. Enjoyable all the same :D
