Thanks for all the advice. Going to try to pick up a 6ft IG match during the week.

alannelson, is it not the fault of the user rather than the tripod if it has been broken/bent etc during being abused and tripped over etc!!?

Sorry to bring this up again. Does anyone know where I might pick up an Ian Golds Super Match Rest in Dublin? Henry's web site I think only shows the standard model.

Here is Ian Golds website http://www.iangoldstackle.com/ if you send me an email from the site I will give you the phone number of the wholesaler in Ireland who will tell you who in Dublin should have stock.

FYI wholesalers dont like their numbers known to the public :)
