Duration:1-6.30pm

Tide:high at 4pm

Weather:foggy, no wind overcast

Bait:mack, sandeel

Rigs:3 hook flapper, pulleys

Results:nada

Catch and Release:: No!




Report:fished up at the barrack pitch to the right, trying to hit a bit of deeper water - was pretty dirty ground on that side but luckly i didnt lose any rigs

not a bite or a hint of a fish

well at least it wasnt raining -

Fair play to ya for giving it a go corby. Not fished much but its a spot Ive always wantedd to try in the autumn with a bucket of peelers, there has to be big flats there. Have heard reliable reports of the odd bass there too amongst the mullet

well sean - yea ive heard of flats caught there but not meant to be huge (on the beach itself - to worms)

maybe at the top of the point at the back of the barracks near the little river might throw up something different :?:
