computer reformated after registration

computer reformated after registration

My cousin registered an account but his computer crashed before he was able to retrieve his activation code and now he cannot re-register. CAN ANYBODY PLEASE HELP.THANKS

the email nwith the activation code should still be there as emails cane be accesed from any comp
