People:me and jonny gilbert

Duration:2hrs and 30mins

Tide:tiding coming in

Weather:
dry and a bit windy but good
Bait:
ragworms
Rigs:pulley,2 hook boom

Results:coding,pollock and coalfish

Catch and Release:: Yes/


Report:fishing at the monent to use up the ragworm from sunday it was a flat calm night with a full moon i have never saw the tide up so high nerly over the p
ier :o :o :shock: :shock: .
we decide that i and jonny will have a compo to see you caught the most fish :)
well jonny caught 20 coalfish and i caught 12 with a pollock,coalfish and a coding a total of 32 fish they were all small ones :(
i havent caught a fattie yet or seen one caught here.

It's mostly rough ground there is it not? I've only been once to it though when i was small, i just remembering shivering for hours in the dark wanting to go home. No different now then. :lol:

well no its sandy or muddy bottom near the pier but fishing off the rock is a different story :)

the first fish i ever caught was a flounder of the pier so they are there just a mater of hitting them

theres flounder there alright i have had some good one up to 30cm just keep at it :D :D

yep was a good wee nite about 16 of the 20 i caught where almost or just over the club size limit which is 30cm...fish a cast...i love it :D 8)
