Shore caught cod on our north coast thats fit for the dinner table whens the last time any of u guys ever seen one over 3lb taken from the side

Heard of one of our lads taking a 5lb cod from the shore up Fanad direction last year. That's it. Cod? Better chance of winning the lottery.....

thats what i thought sandman they r a myth the last time i caught a god one was about 10 years ago and that was on a charter boat outa portrush round the iron man but i doubt it could b done nowadays
