I think the money side of things should be left outa the meets for the time being as it is only a 'get-together'. I think it would mean people not talking to each other as much and sharing tactics.

Although if it was the biggest fish then anybody could catch it and would get the craic going as well

Portstewart strand is a storm beach like benone or castlerock. Very shallow never tried it in winter but summer bass and flatties main stay for this beach. as for baits lug, rag, crab and mussells work from here.

Tide tables are up on easytide so if people want to make there choice as to were.

My group are just happy to go with group choice.

I like the idea of glenarm beach, not to far away for me to travel after work.

What time you going to kick it off liam.

Anybody looking to go pm if lift needed

Speaking to liam earlier and he suggests we fish red bay, at the flat white house at 6pm and as a backup waterfoot pier

should be able to make it ok but the pier is a bit tight if there anymore than 4 or 5 people

cushendall beach would be an option on 2 min on round ive heard its fishing ok over the last few weeks but never fished it myself

cushendun was good the last time i was there a week ago buts a bit further on

probably not make it there to after 7 or 8 anyway
